Hollywood has something no other beach in South Florida has: a two and a half mile paved Broadwalk running right along the sand. That single feature makes it the easiest beach in the region to film on.
You can walk a shoot from one end to the other, roll alongside a subject on a smooth surface, and never lose the water from the frame. Sand kills movement. Pavement does not.
The rest is downtown Hollywood, the ArtsPark, and the residential streets behind the beach where a lot of family and brand work happens.
