Questions
Everything people ask before they book.
Prices, payment, travel, delivery, and who owns the footage. All of it is on this page, in plain words. If your question is not here, call us and ask it.

Getting the date locked.
What it takes to get us on your calendar.
How do I book a shoot?
Use the booking flow. Pick the service, the day, and how many hours you need, and it walks you through the rest in about a minute. If you would rather just talk, call or text us and we will set it up for you.
How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better, because dates go first come first served. That said, last minute works more often than people expect. If the day is open and the deposit lands, we can film it.
What do you need from me before the day?
Four things: the date, roughly how many hours, the address, and a sentence about what is happening. It also helps to know where the video will live, so we frame vertical for Instagram and TikTok or horizontal for everything else. A shot list is welcome and never required.
Is there a minimum booking?
Two hours. That is the smallest booking we take, and it covers most single sessions: one product ad, a workout, a car pickup, a short event.
What if I need to move the date?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and there is no fee. Your deposit either moves to the new date or comes back to you, your call.
What happens if the weather turns?
Florida weather changes fast, and we do not charge you for it. If your shoot depends on being outside and the day is a write-off, we move it at no cost. Plenty of shoots also just move indoors and still work.
What it costs, and how you pay.
Priced by filming time. No packages to decode.
What does a shoot cost?
Video is two hours for $329 or six hours for $629, raw media included. Photography is one session, $200 for an hour and 20 edited photos, and anything longer is quoted before you book. Every price sits on the pricing page.
What is included in the price?
The filming time you booked, the camera, audio, and lighting the job needs, and every raw file from the day. Editing is separate: it can be planned into the booking or added after you see the footage.
How do I pay?
You get one invoice by email with everything itemised. Pay it by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Zelle, or cash. If you use something else, ask. We can almost always work with it.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, and it is what actually holds the date. Pay 50% up front, or the whole invoice if you prefer. Nothing is locked until the deposit lands.
When is the rest due?
Before the files are yours to keep. You see a private preview link the same day we film, and paying the balance unlocks the downloads. Prepaid bookings arrive ready to download.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Thirty minutes of drive time one way is included in every booking. Farther than that adds a travel cost, and we tell you the number before the date is confirmed. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not already approved.
Can I get a proper invoice for my company?
Yes. Every booking is invoiced, and the invoice carries your company name and address, the service, the hours, and the date. It is built to be handed straight to a bookkeeper.
What the day looks like.
One camera, a compact kit, and no takeover of your room.
What actually happens on the day?
We show up early, look at the light and the space, and start filming. We direct when direction helps and stay out of the way when the moment is better left alone. You should be able to run your day around us, not the other way around.
How many people show up?
A compact setup, not a film crew. That is the whole idea. No van of equipment, no team of six standing around, no production taking over your venue.
I am awkward on camera. Is that a problem?
No, and almost everyone says it. Most of what looks natural on screen is somebody being told where to stand and what to do with their hands. We handle that part.
Can you film a private event discreetly?
Yes. We dress for the room, keep the camera out of people's faces, and hand every file to you. Nothing from a private event gets posted by us.
Vertical or horizontal?
Whichever the video is for, and we can do both in one session. Tell us where it is going to be posted and we frame for it while we film, which is far better than cropping it later.
Can we do photo and video on the same day?
Yes, and it is the best way to book. One session, one invoice, same-day delivery, and you walk away with motion and stills from the same moment.
Delivery, edits, and ownership.
Footage the same day, and the raw media is genuinely yours.
When do I get my footage?
The same day we film. A private preview link with everything on it lands while the day is still current, so you can post something that night instead of waiting a week.
Do I really get the raw files?
Yes, 100%. Most videographers keep them. We hand them over on every booking, at no extra cost, because you paid for the day and the day is yours.
Do you edit, or is it raw only?
We edit. Cuts, color, pacing, captions, and formatting for the platform you are posting to. Editing is quoted with the booking or added after you have seen the footage, and the raw media stays yours either way.
Who owns the video?
You do. Post it, run it as an ad, hand it to your agency, use it for years. If we want to feature a clip on our own page, we ask you first.
How long do you keep my files?
Download everything as soon as the link lands and keep your own copy. We hold onto footage for a while as a courtesy, but a preview link is not a permanent archive and should never be your only copy.
Where we film.
Miami is home base. The passport is ready.
Where are you based, and where do you film?
We are based in Miami and film across South Florida every week: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. That covers Brickell, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach.
How much travel is included?
Thirty minutes of drive time one way, on every booking. Beyond that we quote the travel cost up front and you approve it before the date is confirmed.
Will you come to the Florida Keys?
Yes. Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, and Key West are all bookable. The quote accounts for the drive, lodging if the schedule needs it, and the hours of coverage.
Do you travel internationally?
Absolutely, we are passport ready. On a fly-out booking you cover flights, hotel, meals, and local transportation alongside the service, all laid out in one clear plan before anything is booked.
The other two things we do.
Podcast production and lifestyle photography, booked the same way.
Where do we record a podcast?
You come to us, or we come to you. Our setup travels, so the room can be your house, your office, a yacht, or a private jet. Podcasts are custom priced around the setup and the location.
How many guests can you record?
Up to six people speaking at once. Tell us the number when you book so the right number of microphones and angles come with us.
How long can a session run?
Up to six hours. Most episodes need far less, but the day is yours if you are recording a batch of them back to back.
Is photography booked separately from video?
Either way works. A standalone session is $200 for one hour and 20 edited photos. Added to a video shoot it is $150 for 20 edited photos, on one invoice.
Do you shoot photography in a studio?
No, and that is deliberate. Lifestyle photography happens on location in natural light: candid frames, lightly directed portraits, no studio backdrop and no crew standing around.

You get a real answer from the person who would be holding the camera. No form, no queue.
