Video editing
Separate from the filming time. Plan it into the booking, or add it once you have seen the footage. Photography editing is already in the price.
Travel past 30 minutes
Thirty minutes one way is included. Longer travel is calculated from the distance and approved before the date is confirmed.
Bigger productions
Extra cameras or extra operators are quoted before you commit. Nothing lands on an invoice you have not approved.
Fly-outs
Flights, hotel, meals and local transport are itemised in the travel plan, not buried in a day rate.
How a booking works.
Tell us the day
Send the date, the place, and what is happening. We reply the same day.
We show up and film
One camera, no crew standing around. You carry on, we work the room.
You get the footage
A preview link the same day, then the full set of files and cuts.
Paying, deposits and changes.
How do I pay?
Every job gets an itemised invoice by email. Pay through its credit or debit card link, or use Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, bank transfer or cash.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Fifty percent up front holds the date, or pay the whole invoice if you prefer. Nothing is locked until the deposit lands.
When is the rest due?
Before the files are yours to keep. You see a private preview link the same day we shoot, and paying the balance unlocks the downloads.
What if I need to move the date?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and there is no fee. Your deposit moves to the new date or comes back to you, your call.
What happens if the weather turns?
We do not charge you for Florida. If the shoot depends on being outside and the day is a write-off, we move it at no cost.
Can I get a proper invoice for my company?
Yes. Every booking is invoiced with your company name and address, the service, the hours and the date, ready for a bookkeeper.
