Once the scope, address, and travel are clear, the deposit secures the date. You receive the final timing and arrival details before filming.

For national and international shoots, we combine flights, lodging, local transportation, and production time into one clear travel plan.

What should I send before booking?
Send the service, date, approximate hours, location, and a short explanation of what is happening. References are welcome, but they are not required.
Can photography and videography happen together?
Yes. Photography and videography can be selected in the same booking so the same day produces motion and still images.
When do I receive my footage?
Video footage is delivered through a private preview link the same day we film. The agreed download and payment terms are confirmed with the booking.
Are professional edits included?
Editing is available based on the deliverables you need. Raw media is included, and edits can be planned before the shoot or added afterward.
How does the podcast process work?
Tell us the hours, guest count, date, and whether you will come to our studio or want us to come to you. Podcast production is custom priced around the setup and location.
Can CONTENCITY travel outside Miami?
Yes. We cover Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach County, the Florida Keys, domestic travel, and international fly-out productions.
