The Grove is the oldest neighbourhood in Miami and the only one with a proper tree canopy, which matters more than it sounds. Shade means you can film at one in the afternoon and still have usable light.
It is also a boating neighbourhood. Two marinas, sailing clubs, and a waterfront that faces east across Biscayne Bay, so mornings here look completely different from an afternoon on the Beach.
