Delray is built around Atlantic Avenue, and that is genuinely useful for filming. It runs straight from the Intracoastal to the sand, it is walkable end to end, and it is dense with restaurants, bars, awnings and shopfronts.
That means a shoot here does not need a car between setups. You can cover a whole day on foot with the beach at one end and Pineapple Grove at the other.
