A surprise gift is one second long. Everything before it is setup and everything after it is people hugging, so the camera has to already be pointed at the right face.
We work out where they will be standing and where the gift comes from, then set up before anyone arrives. When it lands, we are already rolling.

What if they arrive early?
We build in a buffer and get set up well before the agreed time, so an early arrival still gets filmed.
Can you film a surprise at a restaurant?
Yes, with the venue told beforehand. Give us the name and we will clear it so nobody stops us mid-shot.
How quickly can I send the video to family?
The same day. A short cut goes out on the preview link within hours of the shoot.

Thirty minutes of travel one way is included with every booking. Further out adds a travel expense, agreed before the day.
