So we shoot from the edges, on a long lens, in the light the restaurant already has. The speeches get proper sound. Everything else is candid.

How long is a dinner booking?
Two hours at $329 covers most private dinners, from arrivals through the toasts.
Can you record the speeches with good sound?
Yes. We put a microphone on the speaker or the table, so the toast is clear rather than lost under the room.
Is it intrusive for the guests?
No. One person, no lights, filming from the edges. Most guests forget we are there within minutes.
Where we film.
Thirty minutes of travel one way is included with every booking. Further out adds a travel expense, agreed before the day.
