Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before the booking and we will sign it. Confidentiality is normal for this kind of work.
How do you record the speaker's audio?
We take a feed from the sound desk where there is one, and use a wireless microphone where there is not.
Do you travel to retreats outside Miami?
Yes. We are passport ready and travel with groups regularly. Flights and lodging are quoted with the booking.
Where we film.
Thirty minutes of travel one way is included with every booking. Further out adds a travel expense, agreed before the day.
