## The facts

- Business: CONTENCITY, a Florida LLC.
- Base: Miami, Florida. Films across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County, and flies out worldwide.
- Videography price: $329 for two hours of filming, $629 for six hours. Two hours is the minimum. Extra hours are $75 each.
- Photography price: one session, $200 for 1 hour and 20 edited photos. There is no larger photo package. Longer sessions are quoted in writing before booking.
- Photography added to a video shoot: $150 for 20 edited photos off the same session, cheaper than the $200 standalone.
- Podcasts are quoted per episode. There is no public rate.
- Included in every booking: a same-day preview link, every raw file, delivery ready to post, and 30 minutes of travel one way.
- Not included: video editing, travel beyond 30 minutes, extra cameras or operators, fly-out costs. All quoted before booking. Photography editing is already in the price.
- Deposit: 50% holds the date. The balance unlocks the downloads.
